Wood burning firepit is located in the frontyard with 6 adirondack chairs. LOCATION: - 5 minute walk to Private community park with lake access & dock & boat launch - 5 minute drive to 9 hole golf course - 10 minute drive to Hoodsport downtown - 20 minute drive to Staircase Olympic Nation park PETS: Our property is pet friendly and we love hosting furry family members, but if you are bringing your pet, PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM ON THE FURNITURE (You can bring a clean sheet/blanket for them to lay on). If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning. - Clean up after your dog. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside. - Not all hikes are pet friendly so please check trail guides. PARKING: We have one car garage and 2 cars can park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. ADDITIONAL INFO: - Our property is a family-friendly house and we did our best to add a child safety feature. But please do not leave children unattended as our home is located at the cliff. - During winter season, we are getting more snow compare to other area. So please check the forecast and be prepare for the snow. BOOKING RULES: - You must be 25 to book - The person who booked must be present at the property for the duration of the reservation HOUSE RULES: - Please remove shoes at the home's entrance - No parties or large gathering ($500 fine) - No smoking - No fireworks or open fire - Please refrain from playing loud music - Use of fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban period(usually summer). Burn ban sign will be out for indication. - Quite hours 10pm - 8am. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors especially when you are outside. - Relax & Enjoy the view! HOT TUB RULES: • Shower with soap and water before you enter. • Enter and exit the hot tub slowly. • Please no jumping or diving. • Do not bring glass in or near hot tub. • Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications. • Elderly persons must consult doctor before use. • Pregnant women should consult doctor before use. • Children must be supervised by an adult. • Do not enter if temperature is over 104° Fahrenheit. • Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry • Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult with doctor before entering the hot tub. • Please replace hot tub cover after each use. • Please do not sit or lie down on the cover. • Please turn off high jets after use. • Please do not use soaps or oils in hot tub.
